All About Austin

Austin Logan was born and raised in Southern California.  After graduating high school, Austin went on to work full-time in sales as an account executive for a local bankcard servicing company.  It was there that he learned valuable people skills which later contributed to his success as one of the company’s top salesmen.  During that time, Austin married his high school sweetheart and started a family.

After two years with the company, Austin decided to pursue a career in Real Estate which he had been interested in since high school.  He left the company and began to study for his California Real Estate License.  Shortly after, he passed the required tests on his first try and became a licensed Real Estate agent.

After much research and consideration, Austin decided to join CENTURY 21.  In 2005, Austin began working full-time at their Anaheim Hills office.  He sold his first home in 5 days for $6,000 over the asking price.  In approximately one year, Austin became a Million Dollar Producer and received awards for both Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent.  He also appeared in a newspaper article in the Orange County Register for his success as a new agent.

In 2007, Austin Logan received the CENTURY 21 Rising Star Award, Top Producer Award, and more Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent Awards.  At the end of the year, he was ranked #2 out of approx. 150 agents in his office for closed sales.

In 2008, Austin was awarded the coveted CENTURY 21 Masters Ruby Award presented to those CENTURY 21 Real Estate agents who have reached $110,000 – $142,999 in AGC or 30-39 units.  He also received another Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent Award.

By mid 2009, Austin Logan ranked in the Top 20 of all CENTURY 21 agents (approx. 600 in the franchise.)

In 2010, Austin received the prestigious CENTURY 21 Masters Emerald Award presented to CENTURY 21 Real Estate agents who have reached $143,000 – $175,999 in AGC or 40-49 units.  In mid 2011, Austin was featured in the Los Angeles Times as the Top Listing Agent of his office.  Thereafter, he received Century 21's Goal Buster Award.

His success as a REALTOR® continues with over 140 homes sold in the past 12 years.  The level of success he has achieved stems from the results he gives his clients.

Austin is a Christian and a family man.  He likes to cook, work out, play soccer, fish, and is in the saltwater aquarium hobby.  He has spent much of his free time volunteering as a youth football and soccer coach.  In 2008, Austin and his wife purchased a home of their own.  Austin, his wife, and their two children reside in Anaheim Hills, CA.
